We started in 2017 after becoming familiar with the Southeastern Wisconsin area’s need for affordable, non-medical services that promote independent living. Having cared for aging parents and experienced their need for increased support, we wanted to offer best-in-class care services in Walworth County. We are locally owned and operated, so our focus is always here with you!
Helping Hands Support and CareLLC delivers exceptional care; assisting seniors and younger individuals to maintain a healthy, independent lifestyle. Our caregivers provide best-in-class care for your loved ones thru continual training, support, and guidance. The owners’ passion for helping others guarantees their involvement in all stages of care.
Our process begins with a free in-home evaluation to determine the needs and goals of each client. During the initial visit, we also offer our free Slip & Fall Assessment. The second phase of our process is to discuss your customized Care Plan and to meet with one of our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Care Aides (HCA), or Companion Care Associates (CCA) to ensure a positive pairing. Our evaluation doesn’t stop there. Our caregivers proactively identify areas of need to insure independent living is both maintainable and enjoyable.
For your piece of mind, all of our caregivers are bonded, insured and covered by worker’s compensation insurance. In addition, they must pass a background check, drug test, be CPR-trained, and hold a valid Wisconsin driver’s license. Specialized training is required for caregivers who assist those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
“I am growing older and will probably need a service like Helping Hands Support and Care LLC at some point in my life.”
This made me think of the qualities that I would want in a home care company, one that is compassionate, reliable, friendly, honest, and professional. Someone to help my family care for me so that they can have a less stressful life. These are a few of the reasons why I partnered with Mike. To build a company that I would want to, and maybe need to, hire someday.”
“After spending almost 20 years in the legal industry, the decision to return home and care for my father was an easy one.”
“I finally found what I was meant to do – Provide care and support to others. It’s in our family genes with many of my relatives being doctors, nurses or surgeons. We are Care Providers! Having recently experienced many of the challenges faced by those dealing with aging relatives and/or dementia, I wanted to provide a service that would help lighten the burden and brighten the day for these families. Family is very important to me, hence why I partnered with my siblings to create Helping Hands Support and CareLLC. We hope to become part of your extended family and someone you come to count on for your assistance needs.”
